• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
