Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high‑performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will supervise and develop staff, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and manage inventory, cash handling, and merchandising to achieve targets while delivering WOW! service. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Strong communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to monitor sales, inventory, and performance metrics to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor store staff under the Store Manager to build a motivated team.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure WOW! service.
  • Track sales goals, inventory accuracy, and shrink to improve performance.
  • Follow established store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and client needs.
  • Drive sales by leading efforts to exceed targets and optimize inventory and returns.
  • Enforce PPE usage and uphold safety standards.
  • Support in managing commercial accounts and hub operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding policies.
