Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team under the Store Manager, developing high-performing staff.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
  • Lead parts sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and optimize stock levels.
  • Enforce PPE, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding policies.
