AutoZone’s Store Management team seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing daily store operations.

In this role you’ll lead with integrity, monitor goals, manage inventory, and coordinate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Fluent English and Spanish communication, full-time schedule including weekends, and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and reduce shrink.
  • Oversee inventory, returns, and merchandising to meet targets.
  • Support in managing commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
  • Ensure safety policies and PPE compliance are followed.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
  • Partner with department leaders to sustain WOW! customer service.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
