Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team invites a driven Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store and deliver WOW! Customer Service. You’ll supervise, train, and develop staff while driving sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring safety compliance.

In this role you’ll collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders, communicate effectively in English and Spanish, and strive to exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
