Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory to drive business performance.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts, optimize stock and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, promote risk management.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding policies.

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.

• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
