Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive WOW! Customer Service while managing store operations.

You will support the Store Manager in supervising and developing staff, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring efficient inventory, cash handling, and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Leadership required with integrity, decision-making, and strong; leadership abilities.
  • Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Exceptional communication in both Spanish and English; strong people skills.
  • Experience in automotive retail or related service environments.
  • ASE Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Leadership – supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
  • Communication – maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff.
  • Metrics Mindedness – monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Process Orientation – follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
  • Teamwork – collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory – lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
