AutoZone is seeking a proactive Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering WOW! customer service at the store level.

You will supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and partner with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible Schedule: full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Exceptional Communication: strong people skills and clear communication in Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: prior experience in automotive retail preferred.
  • Certifications: ASE Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing staff.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Manage cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and support merchandising.
  • Support safety compliance and PPE usage according to company standards.
  • Assist in managing commercial accounts and timely deliveries as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
