Job summary

Multifab Inc. in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Part Mark Machine Operator to run an inkjet printer/part marking machine and package plastic parts for shipment, while following quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to effectively and safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, computer, computer mouse, and printer.
• Ability to perform basic counting and math calculations.
• Ability to read and follow drawing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up inkjet printer/part marking machine.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Wrap and package parts in preparation for shipping.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Use a computer to locate, enter, and update information.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to safely move parts and materials.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner with all employees, clients, management, and others with whom we may work.
• Contribute to a successful work group and foster a team-oriented culture through positive interactions, active listening, meaningful collaboration, employee engagement, and the constructive exchange of ideas designed to meet or exceed the organization’s strategic goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up inkjet printer/part marking machine.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Wrap and package parts in preparation for shipping.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Use a computer to locate, enter, and update information.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to safely move parts and materials.
