Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must hold a valid Maine Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct physical therapy services for residents.
• Maintain accurate department records and reports.
• Communicate PT programs and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident care plan development.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Perform evaluations and screenings in a timely manner.
