This is a UNIQUE JOB OPPORTUNITY due to the flexible options available! We are looking for an exceptional Speech and Language Pathologist to begin in August 8/1, however we are also open to applicants who have flexible start dates. Full and Part time availability.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and the specific needs of each child.

Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions to children to target specific speech and language goals.

Utilize a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic techniques and tools to facilitate language development and improve speech clarity.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive and effective treatment team.

Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to promote language and communication skills at home and in daily activities.

Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of pediatric speech and language therapy.

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Valid license or certification in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.

Knowledge of a variety of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric speech and language therapy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with children, parents, and other healthcare professionals.

Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and modify therapy techniques based on each child's unique needs.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with communication disorders.

Organizational skills to manage caseloads, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech and language therapy.
