Job summary

Home Care Evolution in New Jersey is seeking dedicated CHHA-certified aides to join our family-run team. We place you with clients in their homes, following tailored one-on-one care plans to promote comfort, safety and independence.

IMMEDIATE openings are available with daytime shifts such as 8 AM–8 PM; we offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Must be authorized to work in the US and hold an active NJ CHHA license.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA License
• Two year prior professional experience

Responsibilities

• Provide home health aide services following one-on-one care plans in clients' homes.
• Adhere to assigned schedules and report changes to supervisors.
