Highland City is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Parks and Recreation team as a Parks Operator. This position is essential in maintaining and enhancing our city's beautiful parks and green spaces.

Job Summary

As a Parks Operator, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Highland City parks, facilities, and recreational areas. Your duties will include but are not limited to groundskeeping, equipment operation, facility maintenance, and event support.

Compensation and Benefits

Highland City offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including:

  • Parks Operator I $23.26 - $29.08 (normally hired up to the median of pay range)
  • Parks Operator II $24.55 - $31.92 (normally hired up to the median of pay range)
