Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and mechanical or equipment repair and maintenance.
• Education or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and mechanical equipment for Parks and Recreation.
• Assist skilled crafts and trades workers and may direct the work of Parks Maintenance Technicians.
• Work is not restricted to a single craft or trades area and is not at the skilled level.
