• Associate's degree or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in grounds maintenance and 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate full‑time and seasonal staff.
• Provide coaching on tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Procure supplies for park operations.
• Assist in coordination of annual special events.
• Coordinate athletic field maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee irrigation system maintenance and ballfield renovations.
• Manage contracts and daily park operations.
