Job summary

Legends Global at the Colorado Convention Center is seeking a Parking Services Representative to patrol the parking facility, confirm payment of each vehicle, and act as a courteous ambassador during events.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Parking & Grounds Manager, with shift variety and occasional weekend work, and comes with a signing bonus, PTO, health plans, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect the parking lot at shift start for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Patrol levels of the lot to ensure revenue collection and provide enforcement when needed.
• Present yourself as an ambassador and assist the public with vehicle issues.
• Maintain parking equipment and set up/remove traffic controls as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

General Summary

Assures that the facility is clean and that vehicles are parked properly by patrolling and confirming payment of each vehicle on a regular basis. Performs a combination of routine general housekeeping and patrol duties.

Compensation

Compensation is $21.00/hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect the parking lot at the beginning of each shift for cleanliness and maintenance items. Report any needs to the Parking Supervisor.
• Patrol each level of the lot on a continual basis to ensure that revenue is collected on each vehicle. Provide enforcement when necessary.
• Present yourself as an ambassador of the Colorado Convention Center. Provide information to routine inquiries; assist the public with vehicle issues to the extent possible.
• Maintain parking equipment in clean and work‑ready condition, set‑up and remove traffic control items as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
