InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Location Supervisor for PreFlight Phoenix. This role oversees day-to-day shift operations, trains staff, and ensures top-tier customer service while maintaining revenue controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year experience in hospitality, real estate, retail management, parking, logistics/transportation, or manufacturing.
• Computer literate; proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees and ensures appropriate staffing levels per shift within budget.
• Coaches and evaluates employee performance and participates in discipline as needed.
• Provides training and support to hourly staff on cashier, driver, parking attendant, dispatcher and light maintenance duties.
• Models company policies and maintains standards for staff appearance and conduct.
• Audits cashier reports and enforces cash control policies.
• Coordinates daily activities with management and serves as point of contact for customer service inquiries and incident reports.
