ABM Industries is seeking a Parking Maintenance/Cleaner to uphold cleanliness, safety, and the appearance of our parking facilities in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves maintaining lots, garages, entrances, exits, stairwells, and surrounding areas to create a welcoming environment for customers and visitors.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, with shifts Tue-Thu 6am-12pm, Sat 2pm-10:30pm, and Sun 2pm-8pm (Mon & Fri off).

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, clean, and remove trash and debris from parking lots, garages, sidewalks, stairwells, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Pick up litter, leaves, and other debris throughout the facility.
• Clean parking equipment, payment stations, elevators, and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and employee areas when assigned.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, or damaged equipment to management.
• Assist with pressure washing and deep cleaning projects as needed.
• Monitor parking areas and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with directions or basic parking-related questions when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
