Job summary

CoastPavementServices/PacificEarthConstruction, Inc. seeks an experienced Pavement Markings Operator to join our growing team. You’ll read blueprints, layout and install markings, operate striping equipment, and work independently or with a crew. We value safety, quality workmanship, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $35.00+ per hour DOE, with benefits including 401(k), medical and dental insurance, EAP, PTO and PSL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pavement marking/striping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Pride in craftsmanship and producing clean, professional work.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings and specifications for pavement marking projects.
• Accurately layout and install markings including parking stalls, ADA spaces, fire lanes, traffic lanes, directional markings, and specialty markings.
• Operate and maintain striping machines and related equipment.
• Perform work independently or with a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Assist with additional field tasks and responsibilities as needed.
