You will monitor parking areas, guide team members, provide way-finding, use software to manage the client parking program, handle clerical tasks, cash handling and daily reconciliations, and maintain monthly records.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years and older.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking areas.
• Tactfully guide team members to their designated areas.
• Provide way-finding services to customers.
• Use software to monitor and manage the client team member parking program.
• Handle general clerical tasks.
• Responsible for cash handling and daily report reconciliations.
• Maintain monthly parking record keeping documents.
• Responsible for adding and closing client accounts.
• Provide manager with other assistance as needed.
