Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach and greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets and process payments.
• Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; provide correct change.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; maintain accurate funds.
• Perform revenue drops following location procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report incidents to supervisor.
• Answer telephone promptly when required.
