Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• One year of similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems and concerns.
• Relay customer concerns to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawer.
• Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule and collect payment with correct change.
• Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
