Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
• Relay customer concerns to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
• Provide quick and courteous customer service.
• Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
• Match ticket to rate schedule and collect correct payment.
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; account for funds in cashier drawer.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Answer telephone promptly when required.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
