Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a friendly cashier to join our fast-paced team in a parking facility. You will deliver excellent customer service, process transactions accurately, and operate parking equipment and POS systems as part of a family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include handling cash and card transactions, maintaining the cash drawer, and communicating fees to guests while collaborating with teammates and supervisors to resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage guests.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability for cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain the cash drawer and perform cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Operate parking equipment such as gates, ticket dispensers, and payment machines.
• Greet guests warmly and clearly communicate fees and information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional service and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Support profitability by ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
