Job summary

SP+ in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver a smooth parking experience for every customer. You will handle payments, issue receipts, and help guests navigate the facility with courtesy and accuracy.

You must be reliable, able to work varying shifts, and maintain a clean, secure booth. Training covers cash handling, ticketing, and customer service; applicants should have basic math skills and a willingness to assist with questions and directions.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: less than high school to 1 month experience or training.
• Ability to make change and handle transactions.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments for parking services and manage cash from the cash register.
• Greet customers and provide courteous assistance.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue at the start of shift and reconcile logs.
• Issue receipts and tickets; explain prices and directions.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and report supply needs.
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
