Job summary

ABM Industries in Miami is looking for a reliable Parking Cashier to handle cash and electronic transactions with parking customers, greet guests, and ensure accurate payment processing and ticketing. You’ll reconcile receipts and maintain a clean, safe work area while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

No high school diploma is required and on-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with questions and concerns using respectful communication.
• Relay issues to shift lead or Operations Manager as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain safety procedures.
• Issue and collect parking tickets and verify rates.
• Reconcile receipts and cash accurately within the cashier drawer.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Answer phone when required and report incidents promptly.
