Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Attendant/Ambassador for the Wailua River location. This full-time/part-time role offers shifts from 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm, with weekend work required. The attendant will greet guests, issue tickets, perform counts, and maintain a clean, safe facility.

Reporting to the Manager, the position supports day-to-day operations at the parking facilities. Responsibilities include directing traffic, monitoring lot occupancy, and assisting guests with parking needs

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation verifying eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces as a traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to avoid overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking instructions or signage when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and signage as needed to manage flow and safety.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings for safe vehicle interaction.
• Assist guests who forget where they parked.
• Help with seasonal tasks such as rain prep and heat precautions.
• Communicate issues to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Position: Parking Lot Attendant/Ambassador
Location: Wailua River
Shifts: Shifts Available 7 days a weeks between 7am-3pm and 12pm-8pm - Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
Pay Rate: $21/hour

The Lot Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, issuing tickets, completing car counts, and ensuring facility cleanliness. The Lot Attendant works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces.
• Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure garage does not over fill available spaces.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout, spacing, and site instructions
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage information when applicable
• Adjust cones, barriers, and directional signage as needed
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed
• Monitor pedestrian crossings and ensure safe vehicle‑pedestrian interaction
• Provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked.
• Pick up litter, debris, or objects that could damage vehicles or cause hazards
• Assist with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, storm readiness)
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Follow established safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests
• Previous customer service experience, preferred

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security. Reimagined Parking participates in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Constantly move around the property by walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift
• Stand for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
• Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes
