Job summary

ABM is seeking a Parking Ambassador to lead staff in delivering professional, courteous guest services in our Nashville, TN parking operation. You will coordinate traffic flow, communicate valet procedures, and respond to guest inquiries while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Outdoor work in all weathers is routine.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic flow.
• Communicate valet procedures clearly with guests.
• Respond to basic customer and team inquiries.
• Monitor illegal parking and store vehicles promptly.
• Interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading.
• Collect and secure guest keys.
• Predict and communicate peak traffic and lot issues.
• Arrange extra support for extended wait times.
• Tally and split the tip pool.
• Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments.
• Reconcile and report daily revenue.
• Manage currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary.
• Operate, park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Work outdoors in all climates for extended periods.
• Keep work area clean of debris.

• Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary.
• Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
• Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
• Keep work area clean of debris.
