Job summary

Six Flags is seeking a Park Services Attendant to maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and uphold park policies, contributing to a safe, enjoyable environment. You will perform trash pickup, sweeping, restroom prep, and assist in other park service areas. The role offers daily pay and numerous employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Removing trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Sweeping park streets, walkways, and attraction areas while moving through assigned sections.
• Hosing down back areas and patios when necessary.
• Wiping down trash receptacles, tabletops and counters in assigned section.
• Giving guest directions and answering questions as needed.
• Replacing liners inside trash receptacles.
• Transporting trash from cans to park compactor areas and assisting with recycling as required.
• Preparing restrooms for park opening each day.
• Cleaning up bio spills using appropriate materials.
• Enforcing park policies.
• Assisting in other areas of the Park Services department.
• Performing incidental and related duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Removing trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti, both behind the scenes and in Guest’s view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Sweeping Park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with broom and dustpan while continuously walking your assigned section.
• Hosing down back areas and patios when necessary.
• Wiping down all trash receptacles, tabletops and counters in assigned section.
• Giving guest directions if needed and answering any question.
• Removing and replacing new partially filled liners inside trash receptacles.
• Transporting trash from the trashcans to the park compactor areas and separating materials as necessary to adhere with park recycling rules.
• Preparing restrooms for park opening each day.
• Cleaning up bio spills using appropriate materials.
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies.
• Assisting in other areas of the Park Services department.
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Pay Rate: $7.50-$9.50/hr.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to complete tasks with little supervision and work independently
• Can handle multiple tasks at once with efficient use of time
• Standing and walking for an extended amount of time.
• May be required to lift up 50 lbs.
