Splash Lagoon is seeking a Park Services Attendant to keep our attractions and facilities clean, safe, and inviting. You will perform cleaning duties across showers, bathrooms, floors, and common areas, replenish supplies, and help maintain a tidy park environment for guests.

Ideal candidates are 16+ years old, able to work independently, and committed to high health and safety standards while delivering friendly service to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Active listening and effective communication.
• Clear and courteous spoken and written communication.
• Service orientation is a top priority; seek ways to help guests.
• Social perceptiveness and awareness of others' reactions.
• Ability to instruct others on how to accomplish tasks.
• Strong reading comprehension to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas to health standards.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Replenish towels and bathroom supplies.
• Keep storage areas stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors with brooms, mops, or machines.
• Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
• Hang draperies and dust blinds.
• Complete daily travel paths around Splash Lagoon to maintain tidiness.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for pool patrons.
• Assist in the safe removal of refuse and materials.
• Know and understand the uses and dangers of chemicals used.
