XANTERRA TRAVEL COLLECTION is seeking a skilled Painter I to join the Engineering & Maintenance team at Yellowstone National Park. This full-time, year-round role involves surface preparation, painting, and maintenance of park facilities, ensuring that they meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform surface preparation and finish application.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and correct unsafe practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, painting, and finishing of facilities.
• Track work for maintenance using the CMMS.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Skills

Advanced painting skills

Working knowledge of painting tools

Proficient computer skills

Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA regulations

Ability to mentor less experienced staff
