Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and minor structural issues.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Receive and log work orders, document service requests accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain inventories of tools and supplies and store equipment properly.
