Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to operate and maintain park facilities and grounds.
• Willingness to work rotating schedule including holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Makes general repairs to buildings, interiors, exteriors, furniture, fixtures, air conditioners, heating systems, and other mechanical and related fields such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Maintains and repairs motorized equipment, tunes up, replaces worn parts, and assesses damage.
• Operates and checks safety of a wide variety of hand held equipment and vehicles.
• Repairs and treats structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, carpets, etc.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on machines and building systems.
• Operates large equipment and drives around the park as part of daily shift.
• Assists with custodial duties to keep facilities clean and sanitary.
• Maintains grounds and trails, trims trees, clears dead branches, and performs road maintenance.
