Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a capable Park Manager to lead daily operations and foster a fun, safe, team-oriented environment. You will open/close the park, supervise staff, ensure equipment maintenance, and promote a positive culture while delivering great guest experiences during nights and weekends.

The role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to manage shifts, safety protocols, and inventory in a fast-paced entertainment

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly in all situations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing a team is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends

• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, some College preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role
• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends
