Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks seeks a Park Lead to supervise daily operations at our Colorado location. You will lead guest services, enforce safety standards, and help create a fun, safe environment for guests and team members.

In this role you’ll open/close the park, coach on-site staff, and promote a collaborative, one‑team culture while delivering outstanding experiences, including birthday parties and events. Nights/weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Strong conflict management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing the Park on weekdays and weekends
• Promote safety for employees and Guests
• Support a top‑notch Guest experience by creating positive interactions and assisting Guests with their needs
• Promote a ‘one team’ culture throughout the Park
• Monitor and coach on‑site staff
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment

JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with opening and closing the Park on weekdays and weekends
• Promote safety for employees and Guests
• Support a top‑notch Guest experience by creating positive interactions and assisting Guests with their needs
• Promote a ‘one team’ culture throughout the Park
• Monitor and coach on‑site staff

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Pay
Starts at $16.00/hour.
