Clay Today is seeking an on-site maintenance worker for Zachary Youth Park. You will perform routine landscaping, irrigation checks, restrooms cleaning, and general park upkeep under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and appearance.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and grass.
• Clean park grounds by picking up litter, emptying trash cans, and sweeping/blowing pathways.
• Clean and sanitize park restrooms.
• Inspect park facilities such as playgrounds, benches, and restrooms for cleanliness and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on park equipment and facilities.
• Any other duties assigned by Park and Recreation Director.
