Responsibilities

• Give talks following a prescribed outline and applying broad subject matter knowledge of park features.
• Guide groups along fixed routes, keeping pace with schedules and ensuring the group stays together.
• Provide a wide range of visitor services, including assistance with lost articles, car trouble, or first aid; share information about weather, routes, and park facilities.
