Under the Office Manager, duties include logging annual pass holders, selling park passes, answering questions and keeping an informed, safe environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, basic math, strong customer service, and ability to operate a cash register, multi-line

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Allen County Parks is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash register, multi-line phone, computer, two-way radio and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greets entering and exiting park guests.
• Responsible for collecting admissions and logging annual pass holders.
• Sells annual park passes and completes all appropriate paperwork.
• Provides information to guests and potential visitors.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment by addressing hazards and informing visitors of dangers.
• Educates the public about Allen County Parks.
• Secures and locks gates upon park closing.
• Assists promptly in emergency situations.
