Job summary

The Dugout Houston, an indoor training facility and Parisi Speed School Affiliate, is seeking a Performance Coach to guide athletes of all ages through structured group sessions and individual coaching.

You will collaborate with the Parisi Program Director, conduct team and camp sessions, report progress to parents, and uphold Parisi standards while inspiring young athletes.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth athletes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as facility requires.
• Maintain Parisi Speed School certification every 2 years.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Available during the hours specified by facility.
• Must have transportation
• Must dress in approved Parisi apparel.
• Maintain PSS certification every 2 years.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Conduct membership group/ class training sessions.
• Conduct team, camp and PEAK training as assigned.
• Communicate with parents of athletes to report progress, build rapport and get referrals.
• Attend all staff development meetings and workshops.

PERSONAL QUALITIES

• Maintain high standards of business ethics.
• Represent the Parisi brand well by being an ambassador through: o Acting in a professional manner at all times o Differentiating the Parisi brand by promoting the values and mission.
• Maintain good working relationships and mutual cross-functional opportunities within the facility.
• Able to motivate and work effectively with young athletes.
