Job summary

The Diocese of Green Bay is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker to care for Parish facilities, Church, Parish Center and Rectory. You will handle general repairs and supervise exterior maintenance to keep buildings and grounds in good order.

Responsibilities include litter patrol, lawn care, snow removal, salting entrances in winter, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manager. A high school diploma and ability to pass a background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs of parish facilities and buildings, including Church, Parish Center and Rectory.
• Maintain exterior appearance and grounds: check properties for litter, rake leaves, remove brush and debris, lawn mowing and weed eating, cemetery upkeep.
• Snow removal from entrances as needed and salts in winter.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and maintenance; ensure facilities security; follow Manager’s assignments.
