Job summary

A strategic fundraising firm is seeking a Parish Campaign Director for the West Region. This role involves directing multimillion-dollar campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes. Responsibilities include developing work plans, managing volunteers, and providing insights into fundraising trends. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fundraising or consulting, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and is willing to relocate temporarily. Qualifications

• Willingness to temporarily relocate and work on-site Monday-Friday including nights and occasional weekends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, timetables, and customized materials.

• Track and analyze fundraising progress.
• Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices.
• Provide insight into industry-wide philanthropic trends.

Directing transformational multimillion-dollar campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes... Directors partner with on‑site executive teams, parish pastors, volunteers, and staff to carry out phased campaigns requiring on‑site Monday‑Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
