Job summary

Wheely is seeking an Operations Associate (Acquisition) in Paris to own the chauffeur acquisition engine from first contact to first journey. You will source, screen, qualify, and convert leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, building a high-volume pipeline and tracking progress from sign-up to the first journey.

Use data to identify where acquisition underperforms by channel, city, or stage, and design fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience running high-volume recruitment or sales pipelines.
• Ability to track, report funnel metrics, and act on them (SQL a plus).
• Fluent English and French with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel from sourcing to conversion.
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline and track progress to first journey.
• Use data to identify underperforming areas by channel, city, or funnel stage and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Chauffeur Academy to ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding.
• Represent Wheely in the chauffeur community to foster referrals and retention.
• Report funnel performance to France Ops leadership.
