Samaritas in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise and coach family visits for children in foster care. You will support parents in strengthening parenting skills, rebuilding trust, and working toward reunification while maintaining child safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include educating parents, supervising visits, observing interactions, collaborating with caseworkers, and documenting progress.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (required).
• At least one year of experience working with families facing complex challenges.
• Strong knowledge of child development.
• Experience in school, daycare, or family support settings preferred.
• Familiarity with the Nurturing Parent Program, AAPI, or NSCS is a plus.
