Lilly is seeking a Visual Inspection Scientist - Secondary Loop in Indianapolis to support the manufacture of parenteral drug products. The role involves technical oversight of the syringe visual inspection platform and collaboration with diverse teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a scientific field and 2+ years of pharma manufacturing experience, with US work authorization. Occasional extended hours and minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline as listed in the job description.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in TS/MS or related areas.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Understand principles for manufacturing parenteral drug products and related processes.
• Support syringe visual inspection platform across manual, semi-automatic, and automatic inspection.
• Assist investigations of deviations, process changes, and quality issues.
• Prepare, review, and provide technical support for change controls, regulatory submissions, validation protocols and related documents.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive productivity.
