Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with genuine care.
• Take and fulfill orders accurately.
• Work in the drive-thru or front counter.
• Deliver meals and assist guests.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Follow Chick-fil-A recipes, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare and assemble menu items.
• Support food preparation and production.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work during high-volume lunch operations.

The Parent Shift

Typical availability for this role is approximately:

Monday–Friday | 8:30/9:00 AM – 2:00/2:30 PM

Exact start and end times may vary based on your family's school schedule and the needs of the restaurant.

This position is designed for individuals who can provideconsistent weekday availability during the school year.

We also understand that school schedules change throughout the year.School breaks, holidays, and summer availability can be discussed as part of this position.

• Work alongside the team during high-volume lunch operations
