Super Soccer Stars is seeking a Soccer Coach for our Parent & Me program in Pasadena. You will guide toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and parents through fun, safe, structured activities, fostering motor skills and bonding.

The role offers training, flexible scheduling, and incentives in a vibrant youth soccer environment. Ideal candidates have prior child care or teaching experience, a positive attitude, and a love for helping children grow.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and parents.
• Energetic, friendly, and able to lead age-appropriate activities.
• Able to supervise and keep children safe outdoors and indoors.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already held.
• Background check required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, age-appropriate soccer activities for toddlers and parents.
• Ensure a safe, positive and engaging environment at all times.
• Set up and take down equipment and communicate with parents professionally.
• Provide guidance to parents on supporting early learning through soccer.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed and maintain enthusiasm.

Join Super Soccer Stars as a Soccer Coach for our Parent & Me program in Pasadena, teaching young children alongside their parents in a fun and engaging environment.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic coach to lead our “Soccer Parent & Me” classes designed for toddlers (ages 18 months to 3 years) and their parents. This fun and engaging program introduces the fundamentals of soccer through age-appropriate games and activities, encouraging motor skill development, socialization, and bonding between parents and children. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader), and genuinely loves children. We offer training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs.

As a Soccer Coach, you will guide parents and their children through structured activities, ensuring a safe, positive, and energetic atmosphere.

Our coaches...

• can work up to 10-15 hours a week and can earn very competitive pay ranging from $18 per hour up to $25 per hour

Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old

Educational Requirements: High school diploma with some college (preferred)

Transportation: You must hold a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation as you could find yourself working at multiple locations in a day.

Schedule: The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Los Angeles. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Required soft skills and professional skills:

• You bring lots of energy and a personality that kids just love to be around
• Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
• Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
• Always having a positive attitude
• Willingness to be silly (even at the expense of embarrassing yourself)
• Lots of patience
• Experience working with toddlers or young children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Knowledge of soccer fundamentals is a plus but not required
• Ability to lead groups and engage both parents and children
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
