Job summary

The Home Of The Innocents Inc seeks a compassionate Parent Education Facilitator to empower families through evidence-based education and trauma-informed approaches here in Louisville, KY. You will deliver and adapt curricula, prepare lesson plans, and teach 1–2 two-hour classes over a 9-week period, with evening, PRN hours to fit family schedules.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in health, education, childcare or human services and at least one year of direct service with families.

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Parent Education Facilitator to support and encourage families through evidence-based education and a trauma-informed approach.

A Day in the Life:

As a Parent Education Facilitator, you will play a crucial part in administering evidence-based parent education curriculums, fostering positive relationships with parents and children, and facilitating engaging and informative classes. You will prepare lesson plans and teach 1 or 2, 2 hour classes over an 9 week period.
