Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Customer Service Expeditor to track and ship UPS packages daily and manage part orders in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with Purchasing and Supervisors to ensure timely fulfillment and maintain accurate shipping records.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, including weekends and overtime when needed. Excellent English communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ship UPS packages daily and track shipments.
• Prepare, package and ship all part orders.
• Maintain organized workspace and nightly reports.
• Follow up with supervisors regarding part orders and delays.
• Provide reports/lists of missing items to Purchasing for ordering.
