Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is hiring a Full-Time Non-CDL Driver. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour with excellent benefits and paid training. Join a team dedicated to safe, reliable, and compassionate passenger service.

You will follow daily routes, assist passengers, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years.
• Have a safe driving record.
• Successfully pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
• Following a daily route manifest to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Assisting passengers as needed with courtesy and respect.
• Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Building positive relationships with passengers, families, and support staff.
• Maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
