First Student in Cranford, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Paratransit Access Link Driver. No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to help you become a safe and professional driver. The role offers a $500 sign-on bonus and a compensation of $18.90 per hour after training.

No experience is necessary to become a Paratransit Access Link Driver. We are here to help you succeed with expert training and guidance to help you become a safe and professional First Student Paratransit Access Link Driver.

Paratransit Access Link Driver benefits:

Your day as a Paratransit Driver will include:

  • Safely transport community members and neighbors to and from appointments, errands and everything in between.
  • Supervise boarding and unloading at stops; assist citizens while entering the vehicle and with mobility aids.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, lights, tires, emergency exits).
